About the Author

Marytė Running is an award-winning Canadian author who resides in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada. She spends and enjoys the short Canadian summers nearby on St. Joseph Island, on Lake Huron. Marytė was born in England but through her ancestry, still has strong ties to Kilbehenny, Ireland and Ukmergė, Lithuania. Her stories are inspired by and written for her two grandchildren Elaina (Lainey) and Gavin.
